Tell us what you need.

A test, a quote, a compliance question, or an existing engagement - send a sentence and you get a reply within one working day, from a tester rather than a sales sequence.

A sentence is enough. We will take it from there.

We reply within one working day. No sales sequence, and we will tell you if we are not the right fit.

Follow us

  • One working day. That is the reply time, not a target. If it is urgent, say so in the message and we will work to it.

  • Nothing sensitive yet. Do not send credentials, architecture diagrams or vulnerability detail over this form. Those belong in scoping, once an NDA and the rules of engagement are in place.

Already know the shape of the work? Book a scoping call or read what an engagement costs.

Getting in touch

Before you write

How quickly will we hear back?

Within one working day, from one of the penetration testers rather than from a sequence. The reply is usually a couple of scoping questions and some times for a call.

We only have a question, not a project. Is that fine?

Yes. Plenty of the messages we get are people working out whether they need a penetration test at all, or which part of what they run is worth testing first. We will answer either way, including when the answer is that you do not need us yet.

Can we sign an NDA before discussing anything?

Yes, before any detail is shared. Send yours or ask for ours.

Do you need our system details up front?

No. A sentence about what the application is and what is driving the timing is enough to get a conversation started. Technical detail belongs in scoping, under the rules of engagement.
